Located just 5 minutes to Petoskey and 7 minutes to Harbor Springs offering you plenty of options for great shopping and exquisite dining. This condo is located right off the Little Traverse Wheelway, which is 26 miles of a beautifully paved bike trail that extends from Harbor Springs to Charlevoix. If biking is not your thing, go hiking and/or walk 2 minutes to the Petoskey State Park and enjoy your time at the beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Different from other condos in the Bathing Beach community, this unit offers a large wraparound deck that is great for grilling out and enjoying a glass of wine. The four large glass sliding doors to this deck offer plenty of natural light into the unit. The living area has cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan, which is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Cozy up to the gas fireplace after fun fall and winter activities to play games, watch TV, or just relax.

The rental was wonderful. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even specialty tees. We were close to the public beach just a walk away. The bike pass were easy to access and we had a great time.

Great experience. Very well organized and had everything we needed. Split bedrooms provide some privacy. Pull out sofa was comfortable. No problems at all, lots of games to kids.

We found the rental very well-equipped; it felt like home. The kitchen was particularly impressive. There were essentials: like coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, plus sandwich bags, adequate silverware, plates, mugs, etc. It was wonderful. The best that I can say is that we would vacation there again.

We stayed at the Happy Days Condo for a week and found it to be a very easy home base for exploring the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. We especially liked the easy access to the bike trail. The condo is very clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked with just about every kind of dish, pot, pan, etc., one might need. We appreciated the attention to detail with the coffee set-up! The beds were very comfortable, and we loved being able to eat outside on the deck.

This condo was perfect for our stay!! Loved being right on the bike path, access to the beach by way of Petoskey State Park. The wrap around deck was great. Cozy chairs/table to have our morning coffee. Grilling made easy by a nice size grill. Beds were comfortable. Everything imaginable was readily available in the kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

I reserved the condo for my brother and parents who were in town visiting me. It took us a while to get in because the lock box directions weren't very clear( a diagram of pictures would have been helpful) the property manager ended up coming out to help but we waited an hour outside. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities, definitely dated, but clean. My brother complained about the traffic noise from very nearby M-119. Overall would recommend

Condo was loaded with amenities, particularly the kitchen. Put on Christmas Eve dinner for 9 very easily. As a chef, I really appreciated the food mill and extra appliances. Blew a fuse �� need to warn people that you can't have coffee pot, toaster oven and microwave run at the same time. Loved the fireplace.

The location of this condo was perfect for my husband & I as we bicycled with some friends who were camping in the State Park, connected to the condo area by a trail. Access to the paved bike path was just off the parking lot! The condo was very clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed and beautiful. We would definitely go back!

I highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for my family of five it had so many extras that we were thoroughly impressed such as spices, crockpot, blankets, coffee fixings, laundry detergent with it being a nice, etc. It was comfy and cozy with it being a nice warm place. The towels were just like at home. It was close to nubs knob in the Highlands, where we skied as well as the grocery stores. We would recommend it to anyone and would love to stay there again. There was only one pitfall and it wasn't a big deal. On our last morning there we ran out of toilet paper.

The property was perfect for our stay. The roomy open concept worked well with keeping the group together and enjoying our time. With close proximity to great restaurants, nightlife, and the ski hills we couldn't have been happier!

We found the condo clean and very well stocked (could possibly use more than three coffee mugs). The location is perfect! We enjoyed the beach right next door at the State Park, the bike path, area wineries, breweries, and restaurants. We appreciated the large deck and BBQ grill. The condo was a comfortable place to relax after a full day of activities. Management company offered clear communication and everything went very smoothly.

We had a great stay at Bathing Beach 11 condo. It was very clean and located in the middle of all the things we came to Petoskey for. There was a problem with the AC at first but Danielle the manager promptly fixed it the next day. We rode our bikes on the bike path and the Tunnel of trees and found many Petoskey stones at Fisherman's Island State Park just south of Charlevoix. Definitely try the perch dinner at the Freshwater Grill just across M-31. We will definitely be back, love this area.

Everything was great. The only hiccup was the main TV volume wasn't working. We didn't tell management until after the trip because we didn't really need the TV. Management said had they known, it could have been fixed while we were there.
One slight property drawback is there is another condo below. So we tried to quiet our kids a bit more than a usual vacation.

This condo was perfect for our sibling vacation! Very clean, comfortable, and cute. It's perfectly located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Loved being right along the bike path and next door to the State Park - gorgeous beach, highly recommend. Also loved enjoying coffee on the spacious balcony each morning. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Bathing Beach #11 for 4 nights, and had a wonderful time. We instantly felt at home, because the unit has all the comforts you could wish for. The kitchen appliances are in great condition, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment. The couches and soft throw blanket were cosy, and the beds are comfortable. We experienced a dip in temperature and rain during our stay, so it was a treat to be able to switch on the gas fireplace and watch the HDTV after long days outside.
Danielle is a very responsive property manager. The unit needed a couple things attended to (electric box shorted, fireplace pilot light was out when we arrived), and she had an electrician out to fix everything during our visit. If we lived closer, we would rent this unit consistently.
The unit is next to Petoskey State Park, and the Traverse Wheelway, and North Western State trails, and across the street from a gourmet deli and bread bakery that sell excellent, high-quality products. The Petoskey Brewery is a little farther down the street but still close by.

Very nice place, excellent location, great riding and right between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, cups, plates, etc. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy with the open floor plan. We loved the deck and ate out there most meals that we had in the condo!! The wifi did not work well at all, and we all ended up using the data on our phone.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the open floor plan and kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prep our own meals. The deck is amazing, and we enjoyed viewing the night sky. We walked every day to the beach and enjoyed Petoskey State Park. We had fun miniature golfing at Pirates' Cove. Danielle Smith was very courteous and responsive when we needed internet service help. Our only complaint is the highway noise and tiny shower/tub which would be difficult to use for small children or anyone taller than 5 foot 7.

The Bathing Beach 11 condo was perfect for our four night stay in Petoskey. We walked to sunset at Petoskey State Park beach, rode bikes along the path and took a day trip to Mackinac City. Location is just a short drive to downtown Petoskey and the marina park. The condo was impeccably clean and kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking. Shower/tub combination is a little quirky in its placement, narrow and low shower head. Not an issue for us - my 6' tall husband managed just fine. Shower/tub could be challenging for bathing small children or anyone else needing bathing assistance. Deposit was returned in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

They have thought to stock this place with everything that people could need. It even has bicycles and beach gear. We brought our own Scrabble game but they had one, other games also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Only problem was we could not get the gas fireplace to light. They should also mention to look for the Chester street sign.

My two daughters and I had a great time staying in this condo. The amenities were perfect for our needs and it was located in the middle of the things we wanted to do. We were able to go to Mackinac Island for a day, explore Petoskey and Charlevoix and even did and escape room (and escaped)!

We had four adults in this unit. The open concept kitchen and living space was perfect for our group. There's no bad angle for fireplace/tv viewing. The kitchen is well stocked. Couches and beds are comfortable. There are plenty of books, games, cable TV channels, and even two bikes to keep you busy. Ski gear can be safely stored on the 2nd story deck.
The location is perfect- right between downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs, close to Nubs Nob and Boyne Hightlands, tucked up against Petoskey State Park.
The only things I'd change: remove the footboards on the two twin beds so taller individuals don't feel cramped, install a curved-neck shower head for the comfort of taller guests. These are minor things that didn't detract from the trip in any way, but things I noticed and I'm 6'4".

Very well furnished - great comfortable bed - very clean. Didn't cook but kitchen seemed to have everything you could possibly want. The deck is a great amenity. Location is excellent for biking, walking to state park, and both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. We did not have any real problems, but management company communication is excellent. Would rent again.
